Get prepared to be completely awed by this stand-out material! Here we have a shimmering, medium-weight, black, polyester novelty lace with a circular swirl design in a multitude of sizes. This material is extremely unique. Behind the spiraling pattern is an abstract mesh-like netting that consists of a loose weave and looks very delicate. This material contains a rough, textured surface, is completely see-through, and gleams in the light. Uses for such a distinctive fabric include overlays for jackets and dresses as well as panel cut-outs for tops and other garments.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
