Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.
For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.
Refund Policy
Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Dry cleaning is usually preferable, but some rayons or viscoses can be hand-washed or machine-washed on delicate, cool water. Line dry. Test a swatch first.
These care instructions given are for Rayon and Viscose Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods.
