This is a really pretty cotton but unlike the black version, it is lightweight and translucent with little or no give. It is more like a shirting while the black is more of a midweight stretch cotton. They are both great, but they are not opposites of the same fabric, just FYI.

I only gave it four stars because *I* misunderstood its weight. I was hoping to make a jumpsuit out of it, but I will instead make a lovely spring dress – possibly with a red belt – it will be very comfortable and easy to sew with.
