This was a suggested fabric from Mood when I ordered tweed jacket fabric for a jacket. It is the first time I have used one of Mood's recommendation, and it is a perfect, beautiful lining fabric for my Chanel style jacket. I may order another bit to make a matching blouse to wear under the jacket. The silk is very high quality with a nice hand and a beautiful color. I will definitely order in one of the many other colors it comes in.

Love this fabric – it spoke to me as a designer. Made a pleated gown with some heavy strap detailing on the bodice. The fabric has beautiful shine and drape and color. Some might consider the fabric thin for a single layer gown, but I actually enjoy the slight sheer and sexual appeal this fabric provides. The bodice I had to fully line and interface. Might also be important to add the fabric came in a very narrow width, only 44" which is tight if you want a full circle floor length gown, but it proved to be a perfect length for pleating. <3
