Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.
For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.
Refund Policy
Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

I made the mistake of believing the description of the fabric and ordered 5 yards. It was beautiful fabric, just not as described. Yes, I should have paid for a swatch but it seemed so perfect for what I needed I foolishly ordered it not knowing that they will not return your money. I lost over $200 on that little deal. I’m not pleased about it. I have remodeled you home and have bought everything online. Everyone accepted returns without question. Just had to get the item returned usually within 30 days (I hate returns). But Mood Fabrics doesn’t work that way so I learned a very hard lesson. They said I could return for a different fabric from them but I couldn’t find what I needed. So I’m afraid I can’t do business with them any more.
