An elegant dose of natural beauty, let us introduce our Mood Exclusive Promenade au Pavot Midnight Blue Cotton Voile Panel. Illustrated wild flowers bloom and float away in vibrant color along a solid backdrop. Entitled Promenade au Pavot, which translates to "the poppy promenade", this print seems to come straight from Parisian paintings of lovers walking along expansive gardens, and children playing in fields of flowers. Created and digitally printed in Spain, our voile features a luxuriously soft hand which carries its lovely design with precision and detail. Add the border print to midi skirts, bishop sleeves on tops and tunics, and the hemlines of dresses. Its drape is light and airy creating delightfully soft silhouettes. Made with 100% cotton, the thin and lightweight woven is as much about comfort as much as it is about style. Translucent, insert a lining for more opacity. Note that the panel measures 23.25" in length.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
