Aptly named, our Dark Forest, Navy, and Beige Striated Chunky Wool Knit is made for exploring! Highly textured in the style of your favorite movie-watching blanket and perfectly balanced by tight threads holding down excited boucled springs, this fabric presents a heavy but malleable drape. Craft cowl-collared sweaters, oversized turtlenecks, and statement vests that are sure to keep you both warm and stylish. This fabric has a slightly open construction that allows for some light and wind permeability, consider layering for added wind resistance and opacity.

Shipping Policy

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

HOW TO CARE FOR WOOL FABRICS:
Dry-cleaning is recommended, though some wools can take hand washing. Always test a swatch first if you are going to care for your wool fabrics at home rather than using a drycleaner. Many of the fine wools Mood sells online and in-store have already been "sponged," or preshrunk, but you can preshrink your wool if necessary. Mood recommends taking your uncut wool fabric to the drycleaners and asking them to steam it for you, which will safely preshrink it more effectively than you can using home methods.

These care instructions given are for Wool Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods.
