Each pack comes with 36 size L DecoBob pre-wound bobbins that are perfect for domestic sewing machines, embroidery machines, longarm, and midarm sewing machines that use the standard size L bobbin size. Each bobbin is wound with WonderFIl’s 80wt DecoBob cottonized polyester on a reusable plastic bobbin, which means there is no glue or residue holding it together (which also makes for happy and clean machines)! DecoBob makes for an ideal bobbin thread, and the finer weight will also minimize the bulk in whatever you are doing.
Pre-wounds are a fantastic choice because they come wound uniformly meaning you will get more consistency in all your stitches, which is especially noticeable when doing embroidery or larger projects like longarm quilting. They also come wound with a higher density of thread than when you wind your own bobbins.
