Oh, so cute and undoubtedly adorable, check out this Famous Designer Red Ruffled Lace! Mood presents a soft pink tulle topped with stripes of red satin ruffles. Each ruffle is 3/4" wide and creates texture throughout the piece. It has a flexible drape that transforms easily into children's tutus, skirt overlays, and costumes! Thin and sheer, insert a lining for more opacity.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
