To be Blue or not to be Blue...that's never a question with this Iridescent Rainbow and Blue or Not Crinkled Polyester Organdy. Containing a grainy, crinkled hand, brightly iridescent rainbows dance within a white ground featuring a slightly blue tint. Crisp and voluminous in drape, design wonderful dresses, skirts, and more with this as an overlay. Sheer, a lining can be used for modesty when desired.

Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.
