Produced with a multi-layered wax resist process, batiks feature an array of designs from abstract to floral and beyond in any number of colors. This particular fabric offers a feathered tie-dyed look in shades of hot pink and magenta on a plain weave cotton ground, which provides a crisp, cool hand and softly structured drape.Durable and without stretch, quilting cotton is specially designed for the intricate piecework of creating quilt tops and is equally ideal for home decor and craft projects like pillows, placemats, or table runners. Fashion projects will shine in batik's bold colors, too—use it for vacation-worthy designs such as shift dresses, gathered patchwork skirts, boxy button-down shirts, and shorts. Mostly opaque, a lining is not necessary for most projects but may be used for a polished finish.

Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Machine wash cold on delicate cycle with like colors. Use color catchers to prevent bleeding. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
