Our Italian Blue, Yellow, and Red Striped Wool Sweater Knit is, true to its name, a Renaissance fabric. Featuring a stimulating striped pattern of navy, pale yellow, olive, and red, this material also offers a perfectly relaxed drape and invitingly rugged hand. Craft year-round pieces like cropped beachy cardigans pearlized buttons, oversized turtleneck sweaters to be worn with knee-high boots, or even a wooly pinafore that can be layered according to the season. This fabric has a slightly open construction—for complete opacity and added warmth, consider layering this material.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

HOW TO CARE FOR WOOL FABRICS:
Dry-cleaning is recommended, though some wools can take hand washing. Always test a swatch first if you are going to care for your wool fabrics at home rather than using a drycleaner. Many of the fine wools Mood sells online and in-store have already been "sponged," or preshrunk, but you can preshrink your wool if necessary. Mood recommends taking your uncut wool fabric to the drycleaners and asking them to steam it for you, which will safely preshrink it more effectively than you can using home methods.

These care instructions given are for Wool Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods.

    Lovely sweater knit, very thick. Sheds and wants to unravel, so definitely finish those seams!

    Very thick. It doesn't have great recovery so keep that in mind for whatever project you have planned. The colors are beautiful and it's very warm/cozy for winter.
