This fabric washes well, irons well, was easy to work with. However, contrary to the description, it has only the slightest give. No stretch.

After tugging along the bias when dry, when wet, then steaming it folded with selvages and crosswise edges matched, I was unable to "square" the fabric. I suspect the elastane was the cause.

It is a medium weight twill that is soft enough for comfortable pants or a jacket. I plan to buy fabric for pants. It is not stretchy, but has some give.
