With it being lightweight, of the perfect density, and with a stiffness like starch, this combed, mercerized cotton fabric is sure to please! Pima cottons, due to their extra-long staple fibers, are known for being amongst the strongest and finest cotton fabrics in production. This particular organdy varies from 44-45 inches in width and is machine washable. Its permanent finish will bring years of great wear! Fun fact: You can find organdy in artificial flowers as well as formal wear and curtains. Don't miss your chance to wrap yourself in this high-end pima cotton organdy. Note: The distinctly crisp body of cotton organdy is achieved through repeated starch presses or by a permanent chemical process. As this material pleats well, it also wrinkles fairly easily but can be starched and ironed without difficulty. Chlorine bleach is not advised for permanently stiff organdy.
