Metallic royal blue threads streak down its black base like laser beams throughout the face of this futuristic-looking Violet Femme Metallic Stretch Plisse. Soft and smooth, yet slightly grainy in hand, its metallic threads make for an astonishing brilliance complemented by its wavy, ruffled texture. Lightweight and airy with a generous 4-way stretch, fashion stunning pleated midi skirts and dresses, or custom wrap-tie jumpsuits to embellish its fluttering, near-fluid drape. Sheer, a lining is recommended for increased opacity and structure.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
