To get started, select a tape with your desired finish and gauge, pairing it with one of our many zipper pulls (sold separately); for attaching the pull, a “spring-loaded clip” is included with the zipper tape. When snapping the zipper pull into place, triple check the orientation is correct, and be certain you're committed to the pairing—as once the spring cap is pressed into place, it is permanently connected and can NOT be changed. Followed the steps in the video for attaching the pull. Snapping in the lock was not easy as shown. Once snapped in the zipper was extremely difficult to open and close. Waste of money.
