If you've got the blues, our Mood Exclusive Italian Royal Blue and Black Brushstrokes Silk Charmeuse is sure to cheer you up! Graphic black brushstrokes streak and glide across a royal blue ground. Fluid and lightweight, this silk charmeuse is of the highest quality, with a smooth, slippery feel adding to its luxurious look. Create slip dresses and bias-cut evening gowns, dreamy lingerie, or effortless dusters. Translucent, particularly with lighter shades, a lining may be added to increase opacity and structure but isn't of necessity.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
