Our Mood Exclusive Light Blue Shape of the World Stretch Sustainable Rayon Batiste is an experiment with shapes and color theory, creating a piece of art to be hung on a museum wall (or in your closet!). Sustainably sourced rayon imparts a silky-smooth hand to this semi-translucent fabric, covered with an abstract collection of shapes against a pale blue background. Its 25% weft-wise stretch and lightweight construction are perfect for wrap blouses, fit-and-flare dresses, trousers, and even lingerie!Batiste is a plain weave fabric that has solidified its place in wardrobes since the Middle Ages. Changing from linen to cotton to now synthetic, batiste’s content has evolved yet its connection to elegance has not wavered, unfailingly bringing a fluid drape and subtle luster to semi-casual garments.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

HOW TO CARE FOR RAYON/VISCOSE:
Dry cleaning is usually preferable, but some rayons or viscoses can be hand-washed or machine-washed on delicate, cool water. Line dry. Test a swatch first.

These care instructions given are for Rayon and Viscose Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods.
