Our Novelty Metallic Black Regimental Striped Fringe Fabric decorating a Silk Base is so much more than a novelty, it's a marvel. Feathery strips of shimmering fringe are lined up in perfect diagonals and secured onto a sheer silk base to produce an airy yet weighty fabric that would make even Ms. Minnelli jealous. This fabric is transparent wherever there is no fringe, so a lining is recommended for added opacity.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.
