Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

HOW TO CARE FOR NYLON FABRICS:
Most items made from nylon can be machined washed and tumbled dried at low temperatures. To minimize static electricity use a dryer sheet when machine drying. If ironing is needed, iron on a low temperature.

These care instructions given are for Nylon Fabrics in general; however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods.
