This chair is from a bedroom set (headboard, small antique dresser, small side table and this chair) painted in the Peter Hunt Folk Art style by my mother in the late 1940s. I had the chair
taken completely apart and then re-glued and then reupholstered in this wonderful red and white plaid Pima cotton shirting fabric. The upholsterer said that it was very easy to work with and I am thrilled with the results!!
