Combining whimsy with classic couture, our Red, White and Navy Plaid Rustic Cotton and Polyester Woven featuring Flocked Circles is made for your most avant-garde suitings! A celebration of textures, cotton and polyester fibers are woven into a tactile plaid in shades of powder blue, tomato, and white, with flocked, plush navy circles dancing in varying sizes. Semi-structured and crisp in drape, use these varying textures for enchanting blazers and trousers, sumptuous sheath dresses, or punk-rock-inspired pleated skirts. Somewhat translucent, particularly with lighter shades, pair with a lining for additional structure and complete opacity, if desired.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods.
