This was the first time I ever purchase silk faille. I loved sewing with it because it isn't as fiddly as other silks. The yellow is more of a bright primary yellow.
Unfortunately, my daughter did laundry for me and washed it in the washer and put it in the dryer. To my surprise it held up quite well. It is permanently wrinkled with an interesting web-like pattern that wasn't what I was going for but looks interesting.
