It won't ever be a dull moment with this Dull Emerald Fringe Sequin Fabric. A soft tulle backing holds rows of luminous metallic sequin fringe ideal for a modern take on a classic look. Great for flapper dresses, costuming applications, statement jackets, and more! Given the transparent nature of the base fabric, a lining may be needed if additional structure or modesty are desired.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.
