This Shiny Emerald Fringe Sequin Fabric is a real gem of a fabric! A soft tulle backing holds rows of luminous metallic sequin fringe ideal for an alluring neo-flapper look. Given the transparent nature of the base fabric, a lining may be needed if additional structure or modesty are desired.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.
