Neoprene—the material that's making a splash in fashion! Our Whisper White Tonal Stripes Stretch Neoprene can be used for almost everything, from bathing suits and summer jackets to circle skirts and even wedding gowns! Its lightweight, though voluminous, nature makes it ideal for keeping you cool in warm weather months. Along with a spongey, dry hand and a full, bouncy drape, this 4-way stretch fabric features thin stripes of true white encased in a transparent, off-white material that closely resembles mesh. Due to its translucent nature, a lining can be used for true opacity but is not required for many applications.

At Mood Fabrics, we prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver your fabric orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, with international orders potentially requiring an additional 1-2 days for processing. Certain items may have additional processing time, particularly those beginning with PV, FS36003-, SUN, AWG, and "Home" products.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we use various shipping methods. USPS Ground typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air ensures delivery the next business day after shipping.

For customers needing expedited options, we offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping, available for an additional cost. To qualify for expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST.

Please note that fabrics and trims are not returnable, while buttons and notions may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date.
