Thinner than expected, I just didn't do a great job reading the fabric description. One of those stretchy drapes that makes you feel like you can't work with large pieces (I'm sure you can, I just have knit anxiety). Very beautiful supple drape, pleasant hand, and rich black color.
Worked okay for a lining in my dress but maybe wasn't the best choice.
