I was planning to make a pair of short pants from this fabric, but It feels a bit too noisy to me. The leg parts of the pant definitely will make some sound while walking. This fabric would be more appropriate for outerwear, maybe for a thin bomber or wind jacket. Bomber is what I'm going to do with it most likely.
Color is not what I expected as well, not as warm and not really brown. More of a cooler shade of Merlot or cherry.

I Iordered a swatch and this was the color that matched what I needed. This is a sturdy fabric that was easily made into a fitted blouse that was trimmed with leather and Swarovski crystals. It holds the trim nicely with a stabilizer. Also did lots of decorative stitches and it stitched out wonderfully.
