The Tulips Diaper Cover Pattern is a fully lined and reversible diaper cover designed for woven fabrics. The higher rise ensures the entire diaper will be concealed under the cover. Because the cover is fully lined, the elastic does not come in contact with baby’s skin and helps prevent potential staining on the outer layer from soiled diapers. Tips on how to alter the pattern for cloth diapers are included. Optional rouching can be added as a delicate addition.
